In the video a guy who poses as a video director invites girls who want to get into the adult industry to his "studio". When the girls get down to the audition he trolls them. If you don't know what "trolling" is it's basically internet bullying, talking shit anonymously to ruin someones reputation. It's funny because the girls just sit there and take it, I'm sure he probably didn't even pay them but it's also harsh because you probably would have to already feel low or in bad circumstances to even end up in that situation.
