According to Necole Bitchie, The Dream (super producer) who is working with Beyonce on her upcoming album says that she is shooting for normalcy. She wants to show her fans that she is a regular person and her music will reflect what feels good:

There’s no particular sound that I think we’re shooting for–we’re just trying to make music that feels good. If you seen the HBO thing, which was great, we had been talking about doing something that showcases who she is and what she wants because we see those figures that are so out of the stratosphere. They are just these pop Gods, they have no wrongs, no bad days… She’s just shooting to be regular and OK and not trying to appease everybody.

At some particular time, you are doing music and it’s such a magical thing, you have to appease yourself and your soul for doing it.

 According to Singers Room, 20 teens were arrested and 2 were injured outside of the Ford City Mall in Chicago 45 minutes after a meet and greet with R&B boy band, Mindless Behavior

Twenty were arrested and two were injured at Ford City Mall, located in Chicago, Saturday night (Feb. 23).
Following an autograph signing event by Mindless Behavior, officials say several teens entered the mall intent on causing chaos.
"Some of the teens ran through the mall. A planter box was broken. One boy threw a wad of about $100 in small bills into the air, causing those nearby to scramble for the cash," Chicago's Sun Times reports.

Students Arrested In Cairo for 'Harlem Shake' (Video)

According to the Huffington Post four students were arrested in cairo for doing their version of the viral video  'Harlem Shake'. To be honest this is starting to get old now....

Egyptian police said Saturday they have arrested four students who filmed themselves publicly dancing in their underwear, as more people around the world emulate a viral dance craze called the "Harlem Shake."

The four pharmaceutical students shocked residents of a middle class Cairo neighbourhood when they removed most of their clothes and videotaped themselves performing the pelvis-thrusting dance, a police official said.

The hostile audience tried to assault the students, who are accused of committing "a scandalous act," the official added.

Egypt has strict public indecency laws.

Some Egyptians have posted videos of themselves on YouTube doing the "Harlem Shake" in front of the pyramids. One of them, dressed in white underwear and a bow tie, dances while riding a camel.

The dance craze was sparked by a group of Australian teenagers who uploaded the 31-second clip "The Harlem Shake v1 (TSCS original)" onto YouTube earlier this month. It has since been viewed almost 16 million times.

A street gangster provokes a fight with some smaller guys. He proceeds to go after the guy that is not fighting back. Not expecting for the skinny dude to fight back the thug swings and hits him a couple times. When the smaller guy had enough of him hitting him he dropped the thug. And to save face the thug starts shooting at the guy after getting his ass beat. Now that is indeed some bitch shit... you want to take someones life because you provoked a fight and got your big hulk nigga ass beat. Watch who you pick fights with if you don't want to go embarrassed and bringing a gun to a street fight makes you look like even more of a punk.

Chief Keef wants to get baptized after juvenile detention center stint

According to the Sun Times rapper Chief Keef plans to get baptized after he is released from serving a 60 day sentence in a juvenile detention center:

Chief Keef is going to take the plunge into Christianity, a Chicago minister said Friday.

The Rev. Corey Brooks, known as the “rooftop pastor,” said he plans to baptize the 17-year-old rapper when he’s released from juvenile detention.

3 people arrested for WSHH Naked beating of 21 year old man with belt (video)

 WTVR is reporting the three people in the video who were beating the naked 21 year old with a belt in a video on WSHH have been arrested. The reason for the beating was because the boy's father supposedly owed the one doing the beating 20 dollars. This is just sick! I hope those guys go under the jail. People would do anything for a little bit of fame. I was saying the other day WSHH is a blessing and a curse because it does bring awareness to the crimes and some of the dysfunction in our neighborhoods but at the same time some people only look at it as a way to get famous and not what it could do to everyone involved in the situation.
